1. Consultation Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Notice Requirement: Booked wellbeing sessions or specialist appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the appointed hour without penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a nominal administrative booking fee.

2. Digital Products & Educational Subscriptions

In accordance with Finnish and EU statutory guidelines on digital services:

• 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Consumers retain a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for ongoing educational subscriptions or unperformed services.
• Instant Digital Downloads: Express customer consent to receive immediate digital file delivery upon confirmation constitutes commencement of service.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are remitted without unnecessary delay within 5 to 7 Finnish banking days, using the exact payment gateway or bank account employed during initial settlement.
